Hasbro Sues Asus Over Transformer Prime Name

It looks like toy maker Hasbro isn’t happy with the name of the latest Android tablet from Asus, the Transformer Prime, and now Hasbro has decided to sue Asus in the US for using the Transformer Prime name.

Hasbro released a statement,which you can see below, and the company obviously thinks that the name is too similar to Optimus Prime, who is the most famous character from the Transformer toys and movies.
